Return & exchange policy

We use standard US, UK and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your product for another size then please notify us on info.support@versatilepk.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. The product can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value. You may then return it to us at VERSATILE’s official address within one week in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

Products bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

Please Note During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time or else will be notified.
